two situation for 1 report he said hands up 1 time then shot with out giving them and myself enough time to comply in the video he come tell me to put my hand up then shots me straight away i then go and rubber him and restrain him. ( i tried to get him to ts but he didn't listen to me and he claims he hasn't done anything wrong)
