Please (in detail) describe the incident

Tried to initially lockpick HEMMT truck inside the Green zone - warned about this in \ told him to read rules - still was trolling beside vehcile - then eventually stolen the vehcile from the greenzone whilst I opened the vehicle. He then proceeded to VDM a colleague. I asked him 3 times to come on TS and he refused.
