Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing bins with a couple friends, we then finish the bin run and head toward the depot to collect our reward.
As we arrive to the depot, we come across someone blacked out on top of the roof which I shortly fount out was Jenson, in this situation I was asked the following question "Is that cutlass yeah?" which I proceed to say "who's asking" which Jenson then says "Mara bro stick your fucking hands up" and as I comply with his following demand, he proceeds to shoot me with no further roleplay.
This to me looks like he knew he was outnumbered and wanted to try and even the odds, I didn't attempt to do anything in this situation as I am looking for high quality roleplay as this is not a fragging server. This is clearly shown in the evidence below.

Hi there Ronnie I'm sad to see that you have decided to come to the forums as i did ask for cutlass to come to qe and explain that i did not mean to shoot as it was accidental. I was met with a no as a response to my call to qe therefore believing that you were fine as I had said sorry in looc, saying "my bad" and also saying to you and your boys that it was my bad and ill take you pillbox. This was a genuine mistake which people make sometimes and there was no intention of evening the odds at all we were there to engage in high quality roleplay. I also had reached out on discord to you in dm saying, "really sorry about that ,"did not mean to pop you at all." Where i was met without a response again.

Hello Jenson, I appreciate that you did apologise and the reason I have decided to report this is due to the fact that I believe you knew you was outnumbered in the current situation between Cutlass and Marabunta. In this situation you point your gun at me demanding commands which I proceeded to do, the reason for not attending QE is because there was not much to explain, yes you may have apologised however to me it seems that you wanted to even the odds between the 2 groups, your action directly changed the course of the situation between the 2 groups giving you the advantage.

Hi Ronnie I didn't shoot you to gain advantage like I said, my finger slipped, while I was aiming the gun as you can see, I fired one bullet and then I said oh shit , If I was supposed to kill you right there, I wouldn't have fired just one bullet. I would have carried on shooting you and your associates. Again Why would someone say "Oh Shit" after killing someone else? Why would I take you to pillbox when you are my enemy? I would have said one down or one dead if I was supposed to kill you instead of saying oh shit, I think this makes a lot of sense where I didn't want to pull the trigger at all.
I asked to go to qe so I could explain what had happened but i was met with a stern "No Mate". Which to me seems like that you were more focused on reporting me than joining me in qe so I could explain my part.

Based on your POV that you have kindly shared with us at 00:13 seconds when you decided to shoot me after I followed your commands, it's clear to me that you reacted to my movement meaning this could not have been a miss click in the scenario, to me it seems that you seen me move and assumed I was gonna pull a gun on you and you proceeded to shoot me, you then realised that I had my hands up and you dropped me, this is where you say "oh shit".

"I wouldn't have fired just one bullet."

In this situation you did not need to shoot more then one bullet toward me due to having your crosshair lined up on my head, therefore it would have been one shot kill regardless. I have a belief that you did not want any risk in that scenario of losing and like I said you did it to even the odds for yourself in this situation.

The reason for not attending QE is due to the fact it was 3 in the morning, the reason I have decided to go straight to the forums is because I have beliefs that this is clear as day RDM which is a consistent theme against Marabunta.

Although you took me to pillbox your actions directly changed the course of roleplay which resulted in a member of cutlass being dumped and bleeding out.


I don't think it is relevant to reply to this report further and I will be leaving this to staff to decide, I hope you can understand my side of the situation and how you would feel in that scenario.

I'm just gutted that you had to take it to forums as it was a genuine mistake and again apologies for shooting you. I do think that we could have resolved this issue in QE the next day considering it was so late. I would have been happy to jump into QE considering that your first thought was that it was a genuine rule break you would have asked me to QE and tried to resolve the issue there even if it was 3 am I would have been happy to go to a QE the next day. I state again that my finger slipped and thus why I took you to pillbox etc but I if you do not see it from your point of view than fair enough.

Let's take a look at this report shall we?

We can see in the POV of Ronnie that there is no prior roleplay to the shooting, however after having taken a look at the footage provided by Jenson it also looks like a genuine mistake.

In this situation you did not need to shoot more then one bullet toward me due to having your crosshair lined up on my head, therefore it would have been one shot kill regardless. I've taken a close look at this multiple times and if you look at this footage you'll see Jenson aim at the top of your shoulder and in his "correction motion" he shoots you.
Everything combined that I have read and watched points out that this was a genuine mistake and would not have happened otherwise.

I am a bit confused why this did not go to a liaison as this was easily resolved in a QE. It seems like you just wanted the easy route of a report and if you believe RDM is a consistent theme with Marabunta you are always free to put up a report but this report is carrying different intentions.
You also mentioned that you did not want to go to a QE because of it being 3AM yet you put this report up at 5AM so you did stay up and could have attended a chat with him.

Jenson had realised his mistake as it happened, apolagised in OOC and reached out to speak to you regarding this mistake, you gave him the cold hand.

However Jenson, you should be more careful going forward, missclick or not this is not something we want to see here.
