We caught these 2 guys killing another man, so we decided to get in and arrest them as we saw them, we took position and we got them tazed and handcuffed. We got them in our car but as i was about to step in, he glitched out, he did it several times and keept doing it. We finally got them in, as we took off they decided to disconnect.
