I was holding up a player at the Aluminium Processor. I had zip-tied, blindfolded, removed communication devices and GPS. Out of nowhere comes a vehicle some minutes later, two people jump out and immediately tell me to stop robbing Tiny Cox, i'm not sure how they could know who it was I was robbing as I had removed his comms, GPS and there was no conversation or exchange of dialogue between the person I was holding up and the two who jumped out of the vehicle, they then threaten to kill me unless i lower my weapon and i'm then executed.

Hi there! 

We had just rolled past Tiny Cox to give him a CMR and protect him while he was doing his aluminium run. We were then patrolling the area in a sports hatchback to make sure noone robbed him. We see you pulling up in a quilin. That explains the part how we knew you were robbing him. 

We then intervened by telling you to lower your weapon. To this request you responded "fuck you" which lead me to open fire as that makes it clear that you are not willing to comply and with a gun pointed at me would open fire. 

I opened fire quickly but I was willing to compensate you for your gear but you told me in ooc that i was breaking rules and getting reported so I figured it was too late to resolve it. 

After the situation you texted me on the phone to tell me that I "didn't adhere to any of the RP rules on this server" and that you would "report me" which lead me to say "have fun doing it" which made me mad and unwilling to talk in teamspeak.

After seeing your perspective of the situation, however, I am willing to discuss this on teamspeak as I did indeed open fire quickly.
