Please (in detail) describe the incident

It began when I bought my Offroad, He was running in the road and I nearly hit him, I stopped to see if he was okay and he got up stood by my drivers door waiting for me to unlock it so he could steal I presume. I managed to get away and made it to the car park where I was coming up with a game plan to make some money, he then appeared in a red offroad screaming "remember me btich" and rammed my vehicle, I got away again and this time he glitched and blew his car up. I went to gather some aliminium and some how this guy was there waiting for me and started ramming my car blowing it up and killing me, then disconnected from the server.

I don't have video footage, surely you can make judgement without relying on video?

Unfortunately we cannot rely on purely someone's view of what happened. 

I'm sure you can appreciate this but without video footage we would end up with players reporting other players for things they didn't like and lying on their reports just to get someone else in trouble.

In future, please read the report-a-player rules when you are submitting. 

If anything happens in future then either try and get video evidence, or if it is ongoing, send an in-game admin message, pop on our Teamspeak or Discord and ask for a member of staff's help.

Due to the lack of evidence this report will be rejected.
