I was roleplaying at Narcos base after breaking into it with Scaj and some other guy. As I attempt to leave Scaj hovers above my heli. I tell him to leave otherwise i would shoot him out. He gets scared and crashes his heli. I walk over there to laugh at him when suddenly Jaykae and Harris spawns into the gang base that i just broke into to(Not really bothered about it tbh). I want to exucute Scaj for trying to kill me with his heli. I get told not to do it and as I am getting outnumbered I decide to leave. As I am running to my heli I get told by Andy that he doesnt want me to get in my heli. I get in it and start flying off. As I am off the floor already flying off he tells me he will disable the heli. By the time he says he is going to disable it (2:45). I am this high:

at 2:47 i put on auto hover to indicate I am not trying to fly off. 2-3 seconds after I am told not to fly off I comply with immediately starting to hover. Jaykae then shoots my engine out while I have auto hover on and trying to stop moving. I talked with them and they claimed to have done nothing wrong.

Seeing as I have been mentioned I will comment, we did not spawn at gang base, we arrived in a rebel digital hummingbird shortly after Scaj crashed, not quite sure why u thought we logged in, if staff check the logs then they will clearly see that Jaykae and I had been on the server for quite some time and just before the situation unfolded we went to advanced to get mags. You can literally see our heli spooling down at 1:15 in your video. To my eyes I dont see an issue with this situation, regardless you felt to need to report so staff will express their opinion.

I was involved in this situation

Lets start by saying me and jaykee attempt to resolve if it with you and you were being " obnoxious "  when we joined and also there was some really good RP from our gang members Scaj and because you were going to execute him we decided to rob you , at the point of time i initiated on the helicopter , i did not shoot the heli and also tried speaking to you before you flew off ! When that occurred  Jaykee was there and shot the helicopter down.

I was rolepwhen suddenly Jaykae and Harris spawns into the gang base that i just broke into to(Not really bothered about it tbh). 

At 1:15 you can see us spooling down, plus you can't spawn at a gang base that has been broken in to. 

This is when you where told you heli would be disabled his if you fly off you where at 5m above the ground. Can i just add that Arma 3 has a delay when talking in game to when you actually speak so he was properly even lower.

The first shot was fired at 25m in the air i gave you time to land, the time you auto hover and the time the first shot went off was less then a second between each other, there was no way for me to know that you wanted to comply. 

As we are talking about low quality roleplay "If you don't fly off i will shoot you out the heli" is the words you said to scaj when he is 10m above the ground. Compare this to the initiation A N D Y made on your heli i would say this is far worse.

Am I flying off in this picture to you? Heli is flully spinned up and I am going forward. At this point there is no quick way for me to simply stop moving. 

Thought you spawned in the base but i guess not its whatever anyway like I said not bothered wouldnt have changed anything

You were given RP as you headed to your helicopter and you just said "No"  as you went to take off they gave you a clear initiation that you heard and understood.
