Me and my friends saw that a guy was robbing Athira bank so we went there to investegate we tried to offer him money to stop but he wouldn't we then got kinda sidetracked because their friends in the heli broke aviation rule so we wanted to get them to fly higher he then finishes the robbery and we proceed to follow him he then runs to greenzone and gets picked up by that same heli.

I dont have video of keychaning his name solo but we are 100% sure its that guy since Replica keychained him inside the bank but didnt record it unfortunately.

Thank you, I would like @JayBurns to give your defence for this report against you please before handeling this.

So after reviewing this video I have come to the following conclusion.

The other person asking him to stop, Now you could hear that he said it however the second time when he said 'stop or you will be shot' I cannot hear it well in game wise. Now he did hotmic it but there is no way for sure to know if @JayBurns heard him or not mainly due to the hellcat hovering. At no point in your video provided was there ever any combat only some roleplay.

Now looking over the rule itsself '(6.5) If you are in active combat or are being pursued you are unable to run or drag downed players into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed' There was no active combat and all you asked that was in direct that I can confirm he heard was 'hobo stop. You did stand right next to him @Damian - Farmer Jef and i'm a bit confused to why you didn't iniate on him when you was there. 

For the conclusion of this report I will issue a warning to JayBurns for this over a ban mainly because of what i've put above.
