Hello Macca, mate. I'll explain my side of events regarding the "exploiting" accusation. Riccardo had the weapon pointed at you and I also have one pointed at you too. As I was hopping over the wall (not knowing I would fall over) I had already used my third eye and was prepared to zip tie you. With the way the server is right now hopping over a wall or fence with a gun in hand has a chance of making you fall over, this is quite unpredictable with the way it functions and varies on the gun carried. Due to me not expecting you to pull out a bottle and stab Riccardo whilst you've still got your hands up, I genuinely hadn't had time to comprehend this and went through with the ziptie. Sure you could reach for me "exploiting" but I don't think any average person would've been able to react to it in time and cancel the animation/Alt menu and proceed to incapacitate you.
It has also become quite well known to not only myself but every OCG member that Cutlass are constantly putting themselves out there as "easy pickings" to take, this can be further proven by the comments you made after I had captured you at marabunta. "I knew what would happen... I knew you were here before." so you arrive at mara and start conversing whilst in full colours? Another example is a night before after a large gunfight had taken place, you decide to come up to turf disguised as a homeless person, mumble a couple words and continue to stab me. Knowing we had a large presence active in the city and around the area, I'm not sure as to what the motive was behind that.
I believe this is so that Cutlass can find a reason to report, now why cant this report be just "JAY RICHARDSON" (or the ID, as the Report a Player guide asks) and not Jay Richardson (OCG) ? You have to include the "gang" for whatever reason, what is it with this gang vs gang report war that Cutlass seem to repeatedly do? Are you just putting yourself out there to get grabbed constantly to find something or anything to report the "opposing gang" ?
Nearly every encounter is a report and I hope to see staff actually do something about these pointless reports that aren't even attempted to be brought to liaison majority of the time as it becomes a big time waste, it’s making the server really unenjoyable knowing that any encounter we have as OCG against Cutlass will end on the forums as you clearly all will dissect the situation in your “report section” in your discord and nit pick to find something to report.
You must of really enjoyed the pats on the back from the boys on this one as you’ve found something new to report us for, while at the same time not realising that you’ve broken the rule yourself that you’ve reported me for.
One last point I'd like to bring up is exploiting regarding yourself, John. When you had your hands up as we told you to, you pull out a broken bottle whilst still having them up and stabbing Riccardo with it. How would you be able to pull out a bottle whilst having your hands up where we can see them clearly? In my opinion I also see this as a clear cut case of exploiting to mask the animation of pulling a weapon out. I believe this has been clarified in the past when police have facilitated the same exploits and they were punished for it.
