Please (in detail) describe the incident: Just got treated at pillbox and had to deal with a few things in head so collected my good and tabbed out as I didn't believe I'd be more than 5 minutes no one spoke to me or even attempted to interact with me, once I tabbed back in a was dead so clipped it to see what had happened. The evidence is pretty damming and after a fairly pointless liaison with more insults than than conversation regarding the incident I decided the forums would be the best place to bring this.

Hi kieffer

We did speak in QE about this and explained my side as we were in a current fight at casino and i survived this so i came looking for other ballas at pillbox aka your greenzone/turf, so yes i shot you as in my mind it was all apart of the same situation, you said to me in QE that you was there on tweedle not tabbed out so which one was it also why are you stood at pillbox and tabbing out in a situation that just happened

if im correct theres been instances of chippis stabbing us in pillbox after getting out of a bed, i just believe you are using pillbox as a area of saftey i dont know how this can even be classed as RDM after being in a active situation.

We had a small fight within casino, I was down for a fair amount of time and was then taken to pillbox by a fellow member, ballas had seem to have dispersed due to an altercation with police the situation was over and no one had been downed in a fair amount time. I had just came out of pillbox and was tabbing in and out while a sorted some things that being how I noticed I was dead.

in QE you said you was stood there on tweedle so which one was it tabbing out or stood there on tweedle how am i supposed to know you was downed as there was loads of you in casino
also its not like you wasnt hiding at pillbox out of colours most the time anyway, i wasnt aware that you was even downed in that situation so could have been there for a similar reason, anyway i dont believe this is RDM i have nothing else to say to this and also how did you know was me from that short clip youve attached so makes me assume you wasnt in fact tabbed out

Alrighty,

I've looked over this report and footage a fair few times now.

By the sounds of it, there may have been an active situation elsewhere. The casino? Anyways, that doesn't matter in this incident. Kieffer isn't dressed in any gang clothing, clearly not apart of any situation. If your going to leave whatever active situation you are in, to hunt people down, and you see someone who's not in any clothing at all, the least you should be doing is providing RP, confirming its who you are looking for, and dealing with them as you see fit. Just rocking up to the hospital and blasting someone who's stood on their phone isn't on. This appears to be random, and no RP was provided whatsoever. Do better in future. This report will be approved.
