they were robing me but i was driving away so they shot out my tyers and they told me to get out and pout my gun away i got out and you aulto have your gun out and they did not give me time to put it away they just shot me and stole 136k and my pistal

I will send you my video. Told you 7 times get out the car or I will shoot you, so you didnt listen. when you came out your car, you pointed a gun on me, so for my own safety had to shoot you.

Let me explain why, because I am VERY unhappy with @BOlluHHand his gangs approach to this situation.

@BOlluHHWhen someone gets out of a vehicle, they always will have their weapon drawn unless they put it away. Protect yourself by going in cover and then tell them to come out of the car. You were saying: Hands up! WHILE he is getting out and immediately shot him as well. That is very, very close to RDM. What is saving you from a ban for RDM is the fact the other side acted without any value for their life. I will get back to you at the end.

Why am I rejecting it?

@MonkeyYou had more than enough time to surrender, you had no backup coming in or hopes for saving, no cops in the area. You also said ''They are gonna have to kill me'' which says to me you weren't planning on surrendering, which to me means you are not valueing your life properly. You also had more than enough time to put your pistol in your backpack, get out and talk about this.

Your own approach and your own undervaluing of your life got me to reject this report.

To you I am issuing a warning as well. Your answer to the question if you tried to resolve this, is a simple NO. Why not? Did you just want to get someone banned, cause some issues on the forum? That is not how we work here.

If you are just here to report people without even hearing their side or trying to resolve this, you are being disruptive to the community. I will advise you to not simply report anyone in the future, but to always try and resolve.

But. @BOlluHHa note will be made on your stats page linking to this report. This will serve as a official warning to up your roleplay. You can not just shoot someone because he comes out of a car with a gun drawn. Get into cover, make him put it away, convince him his truck isn't worth his life.. ROLEPLAY! This game is about ROLEPLAY! not about robbing people with as less risk as possible to yourself. This man did not need to die, you should have done something to avoid him getting killed. In hindsight, that would have been impossible since he seemed pretty much set on dying. But your character didn't know that, so you should have done more to rob him alive instead of killing him.

I will refer to rule 7.1.4:
