Myself and a friend (named "benis") were at the rebel outpost #1, friend got shot on sight around a corner, I hid and aborted just after as I have no weapon (fresh spawn after dying due to hunger/thirst) - clear RDM, not a warning or anything. After my friend was killed, my friend typed "nice RDM faggot" ( not the best reply but he was annoyed ) - "Jax Teller" replied "xD" to him.

I understand that the evidence provided is weak, but we've not encountered any problem like this and therefore not felt the need to record our sessions.
benis had a full set of gear worth ~46,500 worth of gear + 30,000 weapon + ammunition. Above all though we're reporting to try and make sure it doesn't happen again / as frequently.

It appears you're both new to the Server and unaware of the Redzone and more so the rules. 

The area that you was in was marked on the map in red, this means it's a redzone. The rules surrounding this are as followed:

(6.7) The Redzone is a very dangerous and lawless place; you can still roleplay here however make sure you are prepared to be shot at as the RDM rule does not apply in this zone.

(6.8) All other server rules apply in the Redzone.

In layman's terms it's an area that you can get shot at without any RP because it's considered dangerous thus having the Rebel outposts in that area. 

No Action will be taken today because of this however what I will say is, I'd advise you to read the Server Rules because it appears you haven't read them nor has your friend saying what he said in Side chat. Tell him he's lucky he isn't banned for that, we'll leave it at a warning.
