Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a friend were breaking into the mrpd to help to try release a couple other friends from the jail cells whilst my mate was inside with a zip tied officer who was helping him get them out i was outside dealing with the person in the video i was robbing him and told him to drop everything which he says he has done except the medic bag which he then drops right after about 30 seconds later my friend comes out and when we went to drive off my friend notice that the person who i just robbed and said he had dropped everything is seen on his radio in the second video where he calls a unmarked car who proceeds to chase us and eventually leaves us alone. Just in case any staff asks i dont have any previous footage from my video but i do have a few minutes after if need be.

I understand what you saw, but did you pat me down before you left? No you did not. As I was being walked from the middle of the car park, I managed to take the radio out of the clip and slide it down my pants, at the time you were quite distracted and clearly did not see me place it there. I gave you all the possessions I had on me apart from the radio that I was hiding down my pants. Its clearly your fault as you should have pat me down, so you manage to take my bodycam but don't even notice that my radio is unclipped.

Thank you for taking time to make the report. From looking over the video the officer did drop items however it is clear that not everything was as per your instructions. There was an announcement made to the Police that they must follow demands and must comply with demands fully as per the screenshot I'll link below. As shown in the video and Jason's own admission in this report that this didn't happen. Due to this a 2 day ban will be placed under the fair bans system.
