Went to hold him up and gun point and he just ran away, got in his truck and drove off breaking Fear RP.

I only know his in game name, but you can see his clan name too.

There has been no rule break taken place as Jas must have been scared due to you with a firearm and ran, we do not have a rule stating Fear RP.
