Me and PC Jam had heard shots from the drug dealer so we go to investigate and we find the person shoting and we initiate on him and he kills PC Jam and I hit him with a rubber and he falls so I run over and restrain him before any harm could be done and then when I moved him he restrain glitched and shot me.

Edit - since the report we have talked to him and he said he wasn't restrained but @Fetty Waphas talked to him but might not be about this.
