I was shot in Kavala's green zone (in front of the Bank) while me and a few other players were trying to get cover from a pickup truck that was VDMing in that area. On the back of the pickup truck there was a player with a handgun that started shooting me after I hid behind a car to avoid being VDM'd.
I didn't manage to get the name of the player who killed me, but I have a screenshot of the end of game (after I was revived by another player and had to abort for server restart).

We need a video of the situation to determine RDM. However as you say it was in the Greenzone, we will ban with a screenshot of him killing you so we can see where you were.
