Me and Linx were going around looking for houses to rob and we came across one in the middle of no where. Once Linx had broken into the house there was someone parachuting down once he had landed he goes up to LInx and says "Put your hands up, this is original gangsters, put your hands up or lethal force will have to be used" then when Linx got into the huron he tried to kill him. Then also when he was done shooting at linx and giving poor RP, he decides to go to me and tells me to put my hands up, as i was walking away i kept saying 'why' to get a reason but he decides to just knock me out with out saying anything...

I'm not required to give you a reason for why I'm knocking you out for starters you know exactly what u were doing and why I was there. I'm not entirely sure what more u what me to say to u boys when I come down you have a Huron pre spooled clearly ready to take off when we showed up and as I expected the second I started speaking linx was already running for the helicopter you on the other hand got left behind so I told get your hands up since I just watched u take something out the house. While I was trying to get your hands up all do did was disobey my orders and attempt to make it towards your own helicopter.

Furthermore why did you feel you couldn't resolve this with my I've been here for over 2 years and haven't had an issue with many people that couldn't be resolved with a simple "yea my bad" or "ok sorry". If I was really there to give you the world most terrible rp would I really have re initiated on you I'd after telling your mate who u where clearly with to put his hands up. I could of easily shot you after you not complying with my depends the first time and the second but I put restrains on you so we could if you where will of had some rp. Could u also explain to me who u find it ok to talk to your friends on your radio and hot mic it in direct chat once in a vehicle so it's almost impossible to hear you? I'll just finish off my re-highlighting the fact I've been here for 2 years and my goal has never to make this servers a worse place but to provide ever player with a fun and interesting time.

If you had made me aware of your issue I could have supplied a video which shows me clearly telling you to place you hands up but unfortunately for you your loud mates in TS have screamed over that.

@Ellis Doe do you have a video showing what happened after you were knocked out? 

It would be useful to clarify if Jamessss provides high quality RP after knocking you out.

I could of easily shot you after you not complying with my depends the first time

@James_W12345 I've read that post yes which is exactly why I've highlighted that in my response that I could of shot him but I didn't. I'm fully aware that it would have been bad to shoot him that is why I didn't and proceeded to knock him out after repeating my demands to him. I've been here for a while without an incident and I don't intend to start making it a regular occurrence now.

@James_W12345 i don't have any more of the video as i deleted it off my plays to free more space for recordings and that i thought this would be enough.  -- but to clarify there was no RP after i was knocked out, he instantly put me in the heli and flew me about for 20 minutes. The only convo i got from him was 'why you breaking into that house' as well as 'your going to end up dead now you broke in'.

I did supply you with some RP after I knocked you out I asked you why this think it's acceptable to be robbing houses  and is that good way to live then I also reiterated it was my mates house and that it wasn't a good idea to rob houses as it's a good way to get yourself killed all of this was met by single word answers by you which showed me that you didn't feel like RPing so I made no further attempts till I requested the keys to the heli to which u replied it's not mine that's why it was open and I also RPed taking your radio and gps off you.

@Ellis Doe, unfortunately without further video evidence we are unable to say if Low Quality RP was given or not.

That said, @Jam3ssss, we would hope in the future you would try to RP as much as possible before knocking someone out, and also afterwards, I will be noting this inccident on your record and hope to not to see this occur again.

And for clarification, had you shot him instead of knocking out, there would almost certainly have been a case for RDM.
