I was chasing an offroad that was VDMing people and also attempted to VDM me. I eventually caught up and boxed him in and all I wanted to do was ask why he is using a vehicle as a weapon and to inform him in // that it is against rules.

I attempted to shoot out his tires so he did not drive away and then out of nowhere James comes in the tempest and VDM's me causing me to fall over. He got out and shot me without any form of RP. I understand that I shot out tires to the offroad but James did not state he was friends with the guy in the offroad.

I asked him to come to TeamSpeak multiple times and he refused claiming he did nothing wrong.

Mate, I am sorry I was pretty certain you shot at him though as his health went down. Also he was certainly not VDming people in Kavala we were on our way to trade in our copper and all i saw and hear in group chat is you were chasing him, rammed him off the road and then started shooting with no talking so i crashed my zamtec by accident as was following and I shot you to save my friend as we had been robbed multiple times. the day before you had killed 5 of my friends near the handgun store with no RP at all, you asked if I was the driver I said no that day and you shot me so no hard feelings man. It was either your fault or an accident but I am sorry either way.

 
Looking at the video now it does look rather bad but my friend wasnt VDMing the guy on the road, that guy had been there for 10 mins standing being  ran over and I was told you were shooting him. sorry man i can compensate you if you want was pure accident.
