Please (in detail) describe the incident

We spotted a stolen police SUV so we chased it. It eventually ended up crashing and the driver, SteezyE1, immediately decamps and starts spraying our car without proper initiation, after we were done questioning the men James shoots me and my CSO in the back without initiation also.

I tried to contact them via in game direct chat as shown in the video and through a text sent to James using the in-game system:
