Please (in detail) describe the incident: So after a police chase we arrested James Rutherfrod and i placed him the car. Once i did he proceeded to jump out while the car was locked. I grabbed him called another unit over and got him in the car on the way back he did it again and then logged out a little later when i was making a case report

Haven't seen him back on so haven't spoken to him. He and his friend has been pretty much trolling at PD for days now so not looking to give him more chanses.

I will also add a note on him for the exploiting, if he is seen to do this again normal action will be taken for exploiting.
