I just got off from the police after being arrested and i lagged over one of their players and one on the people shut a gate on me which blew me up. After they robbed me and James Catcher said I was mentally challenged and a mong. I lost all my gear and was exsecuted

As I was also killed [Miner with Orange Helmut) due to a player unintentionally closing the barrier so you wouldnt pass, you saw it coming and still tried to get through. But you didnt make it in time, and the person that was closing it which was Dave who was obviously looking the other direction was unable to avoid this Arma side glitch. Its not his fault but your ignorance not to stop.Then you decided to drive off quickly instead of coming to a complete stop when the barrier is already going down. 

But before that you run a player over, which in terms is a VDM and continue to leave without giving a signals that it wasnt intentionally a run over.

I spoke to Dave about it, and obviously it wasnt done on purpose and the timing messed up the situation. He did state that he would apolygise about the situation and contact you in TS.

Would you think this is Fairplay?

The situation that you had with James Catcher, should had not been involved with this barrier incident socalled glitch report.

I am fine about what happened but I was not fine that then after I was executed and called mentally challenged and a mong by James after all of this because I have previously been warned for this type of stuff.

Then that player should be reminded that this is not welcome during RP situations.And should be avoided in future RP cases.

The closure of the gate appears to be accidental so I'm not going to take any action for this, however, I would remind that anyone found to be slamming barriers down to purposely destroy vehicles will find themselves getting a long break under the exploiting rule.

With regards to the accusation of being called "A mentally challenged mong" no evidence has been provided therefore no action will be taken.
