went to pick a friend up and we got out of the car when a guy comes up aiming a gun at us then ran off the another man come in sets up and the shoots me i then asked him what he was doing and his response was "its a active gun fight" when there was no initiation and no shots before hand.

First off all one of your guys was there before and I'm sure he knew that it was a gun fight, you all then decide to jump out of the qulin and get involved at this point the gun fight was practically over till you guys showed up which we presumed you were apart of the same group of the guys we had just fought. One of your guys in the video quotes "nah man lets fight this" after that nobody disagrees with him someone then say "ok lets do this". Your just mad since one of you got killed and apparently there was no initiation, we were all about to log off since the restart was close and we killed most of the people there before until you all showed up. I do not have any video evidence for this yet what I saw was that a qulin pulled up with 4 armed people with their guns out and got into positions

@Tom Cliffoff At what point are you involved in this situation? Please tell me, I would like to know it, since James Catcher did not initiate with friends arround?

we were all about to log off since the restart was close and we killed most of the people there before until you all showed up.

Why do you have to lie about it? First thing there was only 4 people in there, me in which I run away, other unknown rebel and a medic, are you stating you killed a medic? as you say you killed multiple people, and log off ("combat log??")

I saw was that a qulin pulled up with 4 armed people with their guns out and got into positions

I could even call a tank, you cant just shoot everyone that are "getting in position" imagine that you are in kavala and you saw people "getting in position" or walking in the middle of the street, you cant kill them all can you?

@Ploxiz When we were all in staff help, in the presence of @Kempi Anderson I asked you why did your friends decide to shoot at us, if you did not initiate with them or spoke anything about them, you said "I dont have anything to do with what they do" so here I'm guessing they decided to RDM?

Sounds like a serious threat to jamie mile, as you said yourself you were willing to comp him but that comp never showed up

In other subject, when you were speaking with jamie mile in private, you told him, that you were recording all the converstation over teamspeak and I could get easly reported for the threats I made, well untill now I never saw a in-game video or ts video about all this, and if you do have footage, I would be really appreciated you post it here to show your true colours of what you are.

Here is my point of view, as I get revived by the medics you came to rob ( I guess everyone one? ) I told you If anything happens to me they will fire upon you, then you decide to go afther the medic and the rebel, I run away from that, I told my friends to get in position and fight us over, since we dont have clear proof that we can just kill the robber, we just stayed in position and wait for the outcome of it, few minutes later, all of you came to shoot us, without saying anything, well as you guys didnt Roleplay with my friends I concider that RDM, as there was no "active gunfight", due to 2 factores, 1 the only thing I said is that if anything happens to me ... ... they will fire upon you, as nothing happened to me, you guys cant just killed everyone with weapons out, 2 factor the guy that got killed was not with us, and has jamie said he did not say anything before getting shot, he was only running away from james, so thats not concider active gunfight

I think it's time for everyone in this report to calm down and focus on the actual report rather then what will happen if it stays up. If anyone decides to act childish you will be sent on a lovely spring break from the forums for a week

 
ill wait for the admins since James has said that comp has been given to the one that was killed and that it has been resolved i will not respond to the post made by Danial since this report has been solved already.

ye close it i cant be asked with the drama as he may have comped me but i did tell him to meet me at airport to give me cash so i knew fully as i was buying stuff at reble outpost and may not have seen him transfure it only 200,000k so idk close it dude 

 
@melloshadow_yt I will remind you that you shouldn't feel forced to close down the report because the people being reported aren't happy with it. If you really do want me to close the report I will do so but you should not feel forced to do so.
