Iam not realy sure about the time it can be between 13:00 and 14:00. What happend was me and my friends were doing a Poseidon weed run. I selled my weed and my friend was still there and some ppl showed up so i went back to help if you listen good you only hear the people saying PUT THE GUN DOWN!!! PUT THE GUN DOWN!!! and then i got shot in the back out of nowhere.
At about 3 mins we were talking about thad you would be kicked if you rob someone whith more then 10 mill.

First off, I am disappointed that you did not seek contact with me in-game or on TeamSpeak to liase after this situation happened. 

However, I don't get why you reported me because there was an initiation given on friends and allies and that your people were surrounded. 

I know you arrived at the bridge later, because you had to store your money in the bank and you tried to help your friend after it. But you chose to block my friends with your HEMTT Box and pull out a weapon after you got out. Based on that information I counted you involved. I can't do anything about the fact that your friends did not give more tactical information then: "help help help" or "initiate, initiate!". Otherwise you would have known that we already initiated on friends and allies in the area.

Next to that I want to point out that your friend, ASA. Simon tried to VDM my friend that was giving the initiation by ramming the truck and trying to drive over him at the beginning of the video.

Your own evidence video shows that ASA. Soap Mctavish is giving tactical information through TeamSpeak after he is downed. 

I'll leave it to the admins to decide what they will do with that.

Sorry for the longer wait however I am currently gathering some opinions from other staff members on this situation.

However @jollymax3 would you mind explaining to me after the bridge has been blocked off you decided to start and ram the Hemmt box of James Anderson. Would you mind to explain why you are using your vehicle as a weapon?

Also @iM B3N (ASA. Soap Mctavish) would you mind explaining why, after you've been downed, still continue to speak on teamspeak giving information to Simon who is then still in the gunfight?

After reviewing the evidence multiple times and getting opinions from other members of staff I have come to the following conclusion.

Bushinator can be seen blocking off the bridge to stop Simon from leaving. He then gets out with his weapon unholstered and starts to speak to Simon. He speaks a few general senteces to the lad and tells a few times that Soap needs to place his heads up and that he is surrounded by friends. He then gets threatened by Soap as well. However there is nothing much concrete. A threat is made against the helicopter preventing it from taking off. Bushinator again repeats that everyone needs to place their hands up. He then walks back and says: "Put your gun down or you will be shot" then Soap says "let's put the guns down and de-escalate the situation" then Bushinator replies with "you will be shot if you do not put the gun down right now you will be shot", "Ok firefight is on boys". While Bushinator may have spoken to him for almost a minute I still do not see this as high quality roleplay. With high quality roleplay I expect something else then "put the gun down or you will be shot" and "place your hands up I have friends" a few times. I actually expect proper roleplay to have taken place before considering shooting at someone. And in this situation I do not feel that this was high quality roleplay. Since the opposing party also shot back only the people that shot before ASA fired any bullets back will be in the wrong. So even though James wasn't the one initiating/speaking he has still RDM'ed Rapper Sjors. As James Anderson is currently banned I will add this situation to his existing ban notes. 

However apart from the original situation I also noted from the video that Holy Simon ,when the bridge was blocked off, multiple times rammed his vehicle in the vehicle blocking the bridge. This being blatant VDM. As Holy Simon hasn't bothered to reply I will assume that he agrees this was VDM therefore taking his almost empty record into consideration he will be given a warning for VDM. 

When looking at the footage I can also see that when already killed Soap Mctavish still speaks on teamspeak and gives tips on what to do to Simon. This is in breach of server rule 5.4. As he did not reply he will be given a warning for this. 

Summarized conclusion:

@James Anderson - Added to his existing ban notes

@jollymax3 - Warning for 2.1 VDM

@iM B3N - Warning for 5.4
