Context:
I was the only Police Officer on the server at the time and I arrived at the Aluminium Processor and my intentions were to escort those 2 individuals in the video to the Altis Metal Exports. I go and park my car properly and I return to hear an SUV parking at the Aluminium Processor. Due to my natural instincts, I take cover and then I proceed to hear an Initiation.
What Happened:
The individual shot one of the 2 people I was protected and then I come out of cover to talk to him and he opens fire at me without any kind of initiation so consequently I open fire with my Rubber Bullets Loaded and Restrain him. My intentions were to give him a ticket and let him go as A) I was the only Officer online and I didn't have the time to go to the HMP and B) I was already protecting the guys at Aluminium Processor. During the ticketing process, he breaks Roleplay multiple times.
On the way to the Prison:
He calls me retarded multiple times and that I am stupid. I ask him to stop, but as you can see from the video he does not due to him being "Salty" of being caught.
Conclusion:
Everything else is pretty self-explanatory from the video. I was not able to resolve this with him on Teamspeak.

PS:
- I received permission from CI Dean Cain to put him in Jail for 30 Minutes
- When I was talking about the searching rule I meant the guy in restraints, not the man down
- The cut in the video at around 6 minutes is me tabbing out on Teamspeak to ask permission to put him in Jail for longer
- Sorry for the bad quality of the Video, I need to learn on how to get better quality as the actual video itself is at the same quality as what I use in-game
