Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were going to push inside Tequila-la but then i got shot by jakey who was on a roof, after running to a nearby building to see where he was , he was laying down on the roof. after calling him out in OOC for laying down after shooting at us, he said something along the lines of " lol i shot like 5 mins ago i can do this" - as you can see by the clip within the space of 3 minutes he shot me, i ran around to a building and seen him laying down

After his OOC messages i decided its best not to liason with him because he already stated he thinks what he is doing is fine. itll just be a agree to disagree situation.

yes i was laid down not to take a advantage over the fight more so the NPAS helicopter didnt see me as you can see in your clip i didnt use this to my advantage for you not to be able to shoot me as i knew the only way i could of been shot by you was a helicopter or i came out of cover which i didnt and you didnt have a helicopter.

When you see me lay down it is almost 3 minutes after i shoot you so its not like im shooting and emoting as i know thats a rule brake 

Also in your clip it seems like you exploit to stop the "drunk" walking style by crouching

as you can see i never said i could do this so your reason of not wanting to go to discord or anything is a lie

Laying down or not, the helicopter would've saw you. 

When you see me lay down it is almost 3 minutes after i shoot you so its not like im shooting and emoting as i know thats a rule brake 

This is only what i saw in my clip , we could only see you when you peaked over cuz of the height advantage of the building you was on so we dont know if that was the first time you laid down or not. but you shouldnt have laid down.

Also in your clip it seems like you exploit to stop the "drunk" walking style by crouching

watching the clip back i see what you mean, i crouched down near her window before she passed me anything, as you can see in the clip, i asked for a bandage and was given alcohol instead , this is out of my control, also i didnt notice i wasnt drunk running until you pointed it out, ill remember to watch out for this in the future, but i didnt intend to do this and didnt even know it was a thing, but you had to type to lay down making it something you done on purpose.

Regardless i took my chances and hiding from a helicopter isn't a rule brake so it finding me or not isn't really relevant 

As for this one as you can see in my clip, there are no 229 in site i have no clue that you are on the building to the side i thought the police has chased all of you away from hustlers turf.

And can clearly see i am hiding from the police not 229.

Not once did i use /e prone to my advantage i didn't shoot before i did it or after.

Again Kina. Regardless of you "not knowing" about it docent make it not exploiting you used a crouch mechanic to benefit you.

You have to understand how this looks for our point of view

- You shot at us

- We located you

- As we were getting setup around you, we seen you lay down.

(all within a 3 minute window)

hiding from heli or not , we saw you lay down only minutes after shooting us while we was trying to find a vantage point to shoot you from, laying down only makes it even harder for us to see/shoot you.

If staff want to push this any further then its their decision but in the clip its clear that it is obviously an uncontrollable thing that happened.

Hello there and thank you for the time to put this report up.

After reviewing the evidence, of both the reporter and the reported, I've come to the conclusion that it is not exploiting and could have been resolved in a quick liaison between yourselves instead of jumping to the forums over a message saying that he sent, could have just told him to come and see where it goes from there.

If he would be actively using emotes to avoid getting shot, I would agree that it could be exploiting, however in this case, it is not.


Also, to make any assumptions go away, a staff member was spectating the situation and would have dealt with it on the spot if emotes or any form of exploit would have been used.


I will be declining this report.
