Please (in detail) describe the incident
after a police chase with another player a PCSO Andy james who was on a patrol with us ANPR'd a near by car to find that it was wanted. the play of that vehicle was asked to put his hand on his head and he gave his name ect, he than stated breaking RP telling the PCSO that he was going to get him banned for low rp and a multitude of other things. jake then stated to insult all three of us with a barrage of insults out of rp and stated saying hes was going to combat log, when in restraints he then kept getting out of the car breaking rp the whole way to the HMP. please see attached footage.
I do not appreciate players who think they are so in the right they can just do things like this and i was quite close to loosing my cool with this individual as he refused to come on ts and was being so disrespectful to my fellow officers who were trying their hardest with him to explain to him in role play what he was doing, but he continued with his obnoxious ranting.
