I was driving my friends Tempest (Device) from the diamond mine to diamond processing, a crew member (Austin (2)) was running ahead of us in a car. At the start of the video we were discussing setting up a trap, this was due to a helicopter appearing to follow us, however I couldn't edit it out as the event happened shortly after that. As I was passing through Agios, my friend Austin starts yelling about something (I was unsure what) that someone has shot at him with no initiation. I round the corner to see his car stopped by a roadblock and a lot of armed men. I turned the Tempest round to go the other way and the side of the truck is hit by a hail of gunfire, no initiation made, and clearly not warning shots as my hull is promptly red. As it happens I did get away and didn't die, but it was clearly attempted RDM/ fail RP. Later in the video you see Austin kill Jake, and promptly be killed by Naja, this is how I know that they are two of the people who were involved in the incident, not sure what the situation with him is and whether it is RDM as I wasn't there and don't have a recording of it, but they are the ones at the roadblock, clearly shooting my tempest without any form of RP. The video runs a little longer due to my terrible editing skills, sorry. the second much shorter video shows my phone with 3 messages from Jake, all denying RDM and claiming they told me to stop (which as can be not heard on my video, they did not), all of these were in response to me asking him to come on teamspeak so we could resolve it without bothering with the forums. He logged out not much after so I stopped bothering.
