Everything started with me and my friend(s) wanting to rob some last minute sellings at the drug dealer in Kavala. We spotted a helicopter that flew off once they saw us. Then what i believe to be Jack Welsons helicopter came in, and we stayed hidden. I (as you can see on the video) ran up to the chapel on a nice little corner where i was able to look back and forth to see both sides of where they would be able to come from to check for any potential robbers. Jack Welson appeared on my right side without spotting me, he then proceeded by laying down taking a spotter(?) position, i saw the opportunity to engage in a matter where i would have the upper hand, so i did (Just to clarify, i was the first one of both parties to make a move, they did not know that we were at the chapel before i made that move). I ran up to him, aimed at his head, then clearly said ''Hands in the air, hands in the air, right now'', which he clearly was able to hear and understand, but he turned around, and shot me, without any type of roleplay. As you can see in the video, i did not threaten his life, therefore i did not initiate, which means that he broke the rule of RDM, which i saw a post about him a few hours before this happened, so him doing this is not a one time thing. *few minutes later* Laying on the ground bleeding i tried to contact him, but he ran away, when he came back he said ''any last words?'' followed to executing me before giving me the chance to reply, which i would call both RDM and bad roleplay, based on earlier encounters where individuals with ranks has warned my friends about these things. I was not able to contact him as i couldn't find him in time, i wanted to post this before 24h was up so that it wouldnt be automatically denied.

Hi. Yes i remember this whole situation. First off why are you lying. We saw you all the time at the chapel. As soon as i landed my helicopter i initiated rp with saying ''The guy in the chapel come out with your hands up'' Then what you did was trying to rob my friend behind the chapel, by pointing the weapon at his head. In my video you can here my friend scream ''help i am getting robbed'' So what i did was to run up to the left side of the chapel and try to see if i could take you out and help my friend which i could. I've already giving you a warning so i initated by shooting you. I said any last words but since this was an active gunfight with a lot of people everywhere and you didn't answer quickly that's why i executed you.

The guy that you were trying to rob was ''Arvid'' and he's the one that turns around and try to shoot you but misses and thats when i killed you.

And why you even got the chance to rob him was because one of your friends almost VDM'd him which you can see in my video too. I find you're story very false. 

I didn't join your ts since i was very busy and had to go to work i about 20min.

Exactly, i said ''hands in the air'' as you can see in my clip there is no sound comming from you, which means that you initiated from way too far away, that is not on me. so no initiation was made on either side. I said ''Hands in the air'', no threat was made, it is RDM to kill me with any type of initiation, as i did not initiate on your life. And as you can see in your video at 3:00, you executed me without any type of RP, that would also count as RDM in my book, and in UNMC's, as i encountered a similar case involving them. The guy that VDMd your friend had no connection to me, so stating that he is my friend is false information, as you had no evidence backing that fact up. And last but not least, from my perspective it looked like it was your friend that killed me, either way, both of you shot at me without initiation that i was able to hear, which is a wrong on your side, not mine. :)

PS:  ''The guy in the chapel come out with your hands up'', i was outside, and ''come out with your hands up''.... not an initiation ;)

I did initiate, but instead you went the lethal way, first some of your friends almost vdm'd my friend, then you started robbing my friend, i already gave you a fair warning which you can hear in the video. Anyway i am not going to argue with you, in my opinion i think a didn't nothing wrong. It's was either you, me or my friend. And when you talk in game you can hear kinda far, as your video shows you were on the side. I can hear my warning from you're video. Got to work now cheers. =)

 
This is a case of RDM but the player is already banned there for i will be rejecting this report.
