Please (in detail) describe the incident
So me and my CSO managed to catch up to a guy who had previously VDM'd us for no apparent reason, after we have managed to apprehend him we put him in the car and left for the Kavala PD, but before we managed doing that he shouted the N word to a civilian who was next to us in a different car. As you can see in the video he proceeded to say it once more after i asked him if what i heard the 1st time was what i actually understood from the beginning. Other than being a complete troll he just resorted to using the N word in the end. I tried to contact him afterwards to get him on Teamspeak to ask him about it but he conveniently "lost his connection" while we were in the car, so couldn't get a hold of him.
PS: Part where he says it starts at about 4:10 in the video, you can hear it more clearly the 2nd time he said it after i asked him about it.
PPS: Sorry for my terrible stuttering in this video.
