Me and officer John Kurz was dealing with a situation just outside of athira. we got calls on the radio that something was happening at the airport fuel. we finish our part in the situation and we start driving off from Athira, has we get close to the area John Kurz manage to crash in to a power line pole, and we jump out to heal up before we even want to consider to go in to the situation. but has we jump out we take instantly shoots from J Santo who then shoots and kills us both without any form of warning, just because he deemd us involved in a situation that was going on further down the road (around 400 meters)

Me and John Kurz feel that this was RDM has we where not involved in the situation when we took shoots. considering we where just dealing with a situation just up ahead of the area and where going down towards the area.

As i said over TS, there was an on-going situation between my gang and the cops, this situation had been ongoing for roughly 5 mins, i was set up on construction and heard sirens coming from Athira i look and see 2 cops out of their vehicle so i decided to shoot. Now you said in TS that since you were around 400m away i should not have concluded you were involved as the distance was too far however as you can see in this screenshot you were only 160m away: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1534205028  Furthermore in your video it is clear your intentions were to join the fight as not only did you mark the fight with a way point you also said "we are to use rubbers i think"

To conclude you knew there was a fight, you knew where it was and you knew officers had died and were intent on joining said fight.

Ill comment again if the staff who deals with this needs me to other than that ill comment no further.

You knew there was an ongoing fight in the area. You decided not to ascertain the radius of the fight from your colleagues engaged in combat. You had the intention to join the fight, you crash your vehicle due to what we can only assume is standard RTU driving. You were within around 400m of a fallen colleague in bright yellow uniforms and seem surprised that you were deemed involved and fired upon.
