I flew to Rebel Outpost to buy some gear, after finishing shopping I go outside to find my MH9 Humminbird stolen and flying away in the direction of southern scrap yard. I get an SUV out of my garage and drive in that direction and find the thief landing at the scrap yard, I tell him to place his hands up, otherwise I'd punch knock him out, at which point Oscar proceeds to shoot without saying anything, whilst being knocked out due to delay between knockout and the effect taking place.

I asked him to liaison after the situation, which he refused and due to his behavior and not taking any responsability at all for his actions I have decided to escelate it to a player report.

hello. I fully understand why this report was made. and i failed to come to TeamSpeak because i do not have it installed and i had no intention of having it installed because i didn't think i did anything wrong. After looking at the video given i have seen your view on the situation and i am 100% in the wrong and i am sorry about that. i assumed because you had your weapon down my throat and you initiated on me i could use necessary force to remove the threat. it was the spare of the moment thing. i have read the rules over again and now i understand where i went wrong. i am willing to give any compensation amount that you wish or receive a punishment satisfactory by the staff. As no additional proof has been given I need to decline this report under insufficient evidence. The reason for this is that the video in total is 14 seconds long and seems to be cut as well. In order to accept a player report regarding RDM I need a video showing 3/4 minutes prior to the situation and this video cannot be edited.
