I was going to sell my weed at Kore drug dealer. As I sold my first load and then went to sell another load of weed this guy comes around the corner and says ''hands up'' and I reply ''I will'' and right after that I say ''Later'' He does not say anything else he comes running after me once I hop on to my car, he instantly shoots me. I asked him politely to come ts and discuss about what just happened, he felt like there was no rules broken and he had kind of hostile/negative attitude towards me.

Told you to put your hands up, you looked at me, said later and sprinted to your vehicle to drive away.

I feel like its justified, you don't.

All in all it just seems like you're salty that you failed to flee.

^You asked me, i told you i wouldn't. You kept telling me to join and i still refused. 

Last time you asked me i anwsered "Do you wan't a 5 star dinner with that aswell?"

If an admin thinks thats wrong then be it and i'll accept the punishment.

Well, last night I was talking with staff member and he agreed that the roleplay you did was poor. Also because you don't say anything else than just hand up, I consider that as rdm because you should clearly threat my life. For example, ''hands up or I will have to hurt you'' or kill you or anything like that, but no hands up or die. I still don't see why you even refuse to come ts. I mean that this could be resolved there but you just think that you did nothing wrong. I understand that "Hands up" is poor RP if thats all it is.

But it ended up with you sprinting out of the building and into your car to flee wich seriously made me question my safety as i did not know wether you had more people sitting outside the house, therefore risking my own life.

To summarize it from my POV: I tell you to put your hands up and instead of doing it you sprint outside to the open where i don't know wether you have friends guarding you.

The OOC reply was unnecessary wich i agree on.

But like i said in my previous post, if an admin thinks what i did is wrong then i'll gladly accept the punishment.

But now you have my point of view on the entire situation and i hope this issue will be resolved swiftly.

@ItsSwiggles I don't think 2.2 can be any clearer.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

In this instance your initiation was not sufficient to justify shooting.

@Jack Dickenson Your RP was well below the standards we expect here. You are confronted by a guy who is pointing a large caliber weapon in your face yet you act as though he's holding a water pistol. Had his initiation been better you would have deserved to die. No value of life what's so ever.
