Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my bud Connor were rolling up to the drug dealer when we saw this orca just standing there. We then decided I was going to lockpick and connor was going to protect me. As I start lockpicking connor jumps out of the police car with a gun. He then gets shot upon by Isaac Hunt and Isaac Hunt then says "sorry, it was a mistake". Connor then talks to him.

When Isaac then goes around the orca after he sees me says "what are you doing" instantly shoots me, stops shooting and 1 sec later he kills me. Later on when I was talking to him in he and his friends kept on claiming that lockpicking is initiation they would not listen to what I was trying to say. I then later left as one of the guys in the gang I shall not mention him by name calld me autistic that is what lead me to fill in this report.

I am Isaac Hunt, so I will post my side if allowed...

I was at the drug dealer selling when a cop car rolls up so I am immediately alerted and frantic and click on accident but I only hit the car with 1 or 2 shots. Which I apologised for  and said were accidently.

I then say "put your hands up" several times and the guy just runs around the other side of the car, meanwhile my chopper is being lockpicked, since I already told the guy to put his hands up and he took cover, I would presume we were initiated and I was also told by a fellow gang member who is high up in my gang and and played much longer than me that lockpicking is also initiation. After I killed him I was then killed by his friend.

Following this I was then demanded to come to my gangs TS lobby. I join, and I am then told how lockpicking is not initiation I then argue my side and how I was told it was, I am the told by Kaius that he will get staff/admin to come and explain it isn't. After a few minutes of complete silence one of his gang members joins and just sides with him and how I'm in the wrong, and then my gang members side with me and say he's in the wrong. I even double checked the rules and no where does it say anything about lockpicking (except for in greenzones).

If an admin or member of staff can confirm on this, I would be happy to resolve/compensate for where and if necessary...

Lockpicking is not initiation, if you could compensate kaius his gear, and then both of you comment on the report that everything is solved, im happy to then close the report!

I will be able to get the money, but I don't have it right now, and was seeing if something could be done seeing as the half price is now and depending on how urgently you need/want it...

You have could just responded to me instead...

Ill give another 24 hours for the money to be transferred and if not ill have to submit a ban for RDM

Glad you two could work something out! Also, when trying to sort out a situation, bring a member of 'member support' to come and assist you in your resolution!
