I was helping some guy who I just accidently crashed into (I pulled out in front of him while not paying attention) and I was asking him to take me to NPAS so I could give him some money. Then, all of a sudden a car rams into the back of the guy's stationary 4 by 4 which then hits and kills me which I think was blatant VDM. I then ask the guy I was talking to, to get a name and he got the name Irish.

No because I didn't think I needed to. How do you not see a stationary vehicle from like 50m away? I thought it was blatant VDM so I didn't bother

what happened there was i was driving the car and i tried to slow down but i got a lag spike and hit the car

So I decided to be kind and give you a chance @WeemanDee2003 by personally messaging you in-game to inform you there was a report up against you which you ignored so I took you to one side and advised you reply and give your side of the story but instead you decided to write a measly 5 words because you obviously couldn't be bothered and wanted to continue playing with your friends. So I again decided to use up my time to give you a chance to reply and put some effort in and give a reasonable explanation but yet again you've given no effort and have gone straight back to play with your friends on the server.

This doesn't look like a case of Lag, you were in the gunner seat when your Quilin hit the vehicle meaning you likely got up to speed and then switched seats for some reason. Either way you somehow manage to drive some 500 metres and crash into an entirely stationary vehicle, desync would not cause you to hit a vehicle in this way if the other vehicle is not moving.
