I was coming into Athira wanting to rob the Athira bank. I was on a big Petrolstation-robbing spree already so I went into athira and saw some rebels standing near the bank. I wasn't realy concerned and tried starting my robbery. There wasn't enough police on the Server at that point of time, so I decided to get back into my car. Two rebels approached me, I quickly jumped into my car, one guy said "Hands up, Hands up, dont go away" as he said that, he fired his zubra and injured me badly. He said then "Dont go or I shoot" and continued shooting. Obviously I survived and tried talking to him later but only a minute later I couldn't find him anywhere on the server nor TS.

Was it wrong? I said " Don't go or I shoot" and you run with your car and I tried to shoot on the wheels. And you didn't try to resolve the problem with me before reporting you didn't said "Come ts" or something like that you just reporting me so edit your post and at "You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting "  say "no" because you didn't try to resolve

saying "hands up hands up or i shoot" or "dont go or i shoot" is indeed wrong, yes. Also your action was way to fast. You have to give the fellow player some time to react. I did not find you in-Game or on TS when I looked yesterday. You can't try to call someone to TS, to talk to them, when they are not on the server. If you want this we can talk in teamspeak still.

The first bullet was an advertisment to not move , because of a stress factor he accidentally shot you , he wanted to stop you from robbing the bank and thats why he wanted to break your tires ,maybe he reacted too quickly and was his mistake because it was his first robbery  , but as long as you didn't lose anything , he deserves a second chance . By the way you need to message the individual via  phone from the game in order to resolve a problem that you had with a player .

I'm sorry i forgot to add something , do you want me to tell him when and where can he find you on ts so you can have chat with him ?

Doesn't matter if anything was lost, breaking a server rule is a punishable action simple as that.
