This guy RDM me right after i spawn my heli so i lost a good heli plus 600k worth of gear.

The guy came back flying my heli baiting me to put it in the garage which i did and turns out to be an admin..

Well, gang, and been a player for 1 year.. Doesnt matter its always my fault.

You can clearly hear the initiation in the video.

Firstly I offered you over 5 times to sort this out on teamspeak but I was met with the response of "We are just reporting with the video, sorry." Unfortunately I didn't get the message on record, however I did get several other where I ask to sort this out, and was met with no response. You also threatened to report me in a childish way

Here is the message immediately after the situation, with summers offering to use our lobby to resolve, the threat to report is clearly shown. A few minutes later:

this is false.

Secondly, you can clearly hear the initiation in the video, with me stating that the guy with the Mk18 to 'put his fucking hands up'. In our eyes you proceeded to ruin away which resulted in your death. It is not my problem if you were not listening in game, as I can clearly here the initiation on the video. I am still open to this being resolved on teamspeak, due to your lack of willingness earlier.

1) You hear someone clearly say: Guy with the MK18 put your hands up, repeatedly. You had a MK18. You did not put your hands up but tried to take cover behind the car. Thus he shot you. How is that RDM?

2) You want to argue being banned, even tho you broke NLR to come back to the garage and store your garage..

3) You were instantly threathening to get Handy banned in sidechat, which is against the rules

4) You made NO attempt whatsoever to solve the issue with Handy, failing to comply with our guidelines.

I unbanned you what, a day ago? For combatlogging, believing you would make good use of your second chance, would now know the rules and play by them.

This feels as a personal kick in the face to me, having put some trust in you and unbanning you for something that usually means a permanent ban. You have shown nothing but disregard for our rules and policies, yet feel you are entitled to ask for a second chance, badmouth our staff members AND have the guts to report someone for RDM, even tho it is clearly not?

I think you are not the right player for this community. Please do not fill in a appeal, it will just be a waste of time for you to write it and for us to deny it.

Users forum account is now also banned, as per @Farmer Gilesdiscovery the player is most likely also guilty of duping/cheating of some sorts. There is no room for cheaters on this community, especially not if they are also liars and hurling abuse at our staff team.
