Me and my fellow gang members were called by our member saying he is getting robbed at the Devil's bend, We responded from Agios and tolled him that if you can hear us tell them that they are surrounded and put their hands up, and let us now when you have said it. After the initiation we were then tolled that he has a gun pointed at his face bu he started running away then atfer killing the rebel our member tolled us he has marked a rebel on the hill I take position to shoot fire couple of bullets however miss him therefor I decided to get a better position and try to take him out again however when I was going for my new spot I just get killed by INS Crumbs and asked him why he did this as no cops have initiated at all on us he says that he was tolled by others that they were getting shot at which is false no one from our side has fired a single bullet to the cops after some time talking I felt like the situation was not resolved I asked [LCN] Fuel [FL] @Fuel for his opinion and he agrees that it is RDM as he had the chance to initiate but he went for the kill I would like Fuel to post hes evidence as he also has spoken with the person aswell.

I was whispered by Kilo Victor 1 (PC John Woll was in there) saying that shots were fired at them at Devils bend (PC Face, DSGT Mystic, SPC Mr Liam and probably any other officer on server 1 can back me up with) so I did what any other officer would do and responded to help them. Once I arrived on scene I ran over the hill at which point I'm faced with Kral pointing his gun towards the general area of the officers on the hill (Which you can see from his video he was doing, and also firing at one point which is probably where the call came from...) So I wait for him to move, then shoot him. In my opinion this isn't RDM even though there was no initiation (Do you blame me given that I was told they were shooting at officers?) Anyway in about 10 seconds from the time that I shot I receive the first message from Kral at which point I am still engaged at the situation so I told him to speak to the people who had whispered from Kilo Victor 1 and he said that was fine then Fuel sends me an aggressive message about how I'm an inspector and about how I RDMd Kral and well, the rest you can read from the pictures...

I'd just like to confirm that I was on Server 1 at the time of this incident and I heard John Woll radio for assistance. Somebody (I can't recall who) replied asking if lethals were authorised, to which somebody confirmed they were (I can't be sure who said they were authorised, although I am 90% sure it was John Woll again).

I wasn't at the incident at the time of the shooting, so can only really say what I heard over the radio comms.

I'm happy to give Kral £500k for the gear and whatever but I still believe that given the scenario calling it RDM is quite strong. The offer's there though given that I was the one who shot after all...

I want to see if this can be treated seriously, because looking at this screenshot of your short answers @Crumbs I'm dissapointed.

@CrumbsTry and apologise for what's happened, fully explain your actions, how it happened, and be grown up about it.

So after reviewing the evidence and watching the attempts to sort agreement, I've decided the following.

Firstly, The attitude showin in the multitude of chat logs is inappropriate, rude, and un-cooperative.

That said, watching the video, we run into a few issues;

in the image above there are 2 people on the hill that you open fire on. That's the police entering an active firefight and then receiving shots from you. So the instruction for opening fire TO Ins Crumbs was correct, and you died appropriately.....

As a result, the report against Ins Crumbs for RDM is DENIED!

With that in mind, and obviously not noticing that in the video itself, the attitude taken to Support Lead @Fuel and to the person contacting you, @Kral, you've been dewhitelisted and fired from the police force with a 2 week suspension before re-applying. This means that you will receive no special treatment if accepted back into the police force. (CSO with full timescales on promotions).

If the CSI's @fisheror @Walthave any additional actions they want to take, or issue a blacklist, that is upto them.

Your Teamspeak ban will be lifted shortly, however is on record.
