I would like to report this NVL by Inferno from Changaloas

The situation started as we zip-tied one of the Changaloas and had one of them in our car (his name was Ricky), we also ended up getting Azz but by this point he had bled out. We noticed a black local with a bald guy in was driving past us really slowly as if he was going to do something, it had came out of nowhere and we realised this was Inferno. There was a gunfight involved in which Inferno was downed.

We then found a dodgy doctor and performed medical on Inferno and then applied the de-fibs and got him to his feet. As you can see in the clips provided all 5 of us were carrying guns and as he got to his feet there was about 4 guns being pointed at him, he dropped something which to us would have appeared to have been his gun, but he dropped something else and pulled his gun out. He began shooting and got two of us to the floor and the remaining people alive shot him and downed him again.

I believe this to be NVL because although he had a gun there was no way he would be able to take us all on as he was heavily outnumbered. Inferno mentioned in LOOC he did it because two of our members lowered their guns, but you can only see the person closest to him do that, and there was still guns pointed at him.

Hello, I believe a time of 5:15 was agreed for QE but I checked at this time and kept checking for another 45 mins and did not see you in there, so I would like to deal with this on forums please.

so i msg'd Jess at 5:17 and said 'I can get in qe now' to which he never responded and I myself looked at qe at these times and you weren't in there so how are you expecting me to liaise with someone not in liaison but if you want to go qe now i am free if you want to go through with the report that is fine also

Hello, I have had a chat with Inferno in QE and I would still like to keep this report in the forums.

Firstly I would like to say that my pc blue screened shortly after this incident so all my footage has corrupted. However in this clip you can see there is only 1 gun on me in this frame. I do admit there is another gun on me but from what i could see the person who has put up the report is not in my view and i can not see her. Therefore when i see 2 people out of the 3 i can see drop there guns i see that as an opportunity to take my chance however it was clearly a failed attempt. I didn't do this because i was trying not to roleplay or anything its because i genuinely believed i had a chance as what i thought was that the person that provided there pov that i didn't see had gone round the front to keep an eye out for any of my gang members to show up a long with the other person that was sat in the car. You will also see once they dogey me the second time i see i am at clear disadvantage with all guns pointing at me and i drop it instantly. I then let the rp continue and i have done this many times during this beef of accepting dogey and dropping my gun and looking for the roleplay forward. Im not sure if staff can check this but every single dogey i have been taken to by mara im fairly sure i accepted it to see what fun we could have within rp.

Good morning all!

I've had a look into this report with other staff members too, essentially I am not sure why shots were even attempted after being revived here.
Once being revived, there is indeed still an expectation to roleplay your injuries out considering you were just on the floor. I've looked at both clips and the reported party here was clearly at a disadvantage and after having just been picked up with so many players around them it makes no sense to attempt shooting there.

Given the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
