Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving along after figuring out that the talent show had started and as I was driving a bike was swerving about the road, after I passed I parked up trying to put my vehicle into the garage park system and he came along smacked me to death with a weapon saying "thats what you get for trying to run me over" which I did not attempt and was not my intentions.

Given the user who has been reported has not responded and has been actively playing the server let's get onto this report.

I can see in the evidence you had a near miss with him, however that does not warrant him chasing your character down and just whacking them with a weapon, a conversation could have easily resolved this and not just going up to someone randomly attacking them.
