I had just spawned in ready to go to Rebel Outpost when 2-3 guys started following me. I told them to leave me alone multiple times and they didn't, then I pulled out a vehicle from my garage to leave the area, and then one of them (I believe it is Dutchy) initiated by saying "don't drive off or your tires will be shot!" twice and after giving me roughly 2-3 seconds to react, the whole group proceeded to shoot my tires. No I didn't lose anything but I suppose now it's up to admins to decide what happens. I feel like this was failRP.
(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Do you realise we did not even threat your life or attempt to kill you?

 
I was wondering around Pyrgos when I suddenly noticed Ziffy with his weapon pointed at a hobo, I wasn't going to allow him to rob the poor guy, so I radioed in to my gang members the situation. I then approach Ziffy in a calm manner he flees the area, I continue to follow him and ask him if I could have a word about why he thinks it's accept to rob people. He then replies in a rude manner further escalating the situation. When my gang mates had arrived at the scene we had, had enough of Ziffy's attitude and decided to take matters in to are own hands, and use necessary force to capture the robber.

I believe the time Ziffy was given by my colleague to comply was more then enough. at 1:10 to 1:12 there is a silent pause which gives Ziffy enough time to stop his vehicle and step out, Ziffy refuses to stop and accelerates, hence why the tires were fired upon. Further more my colleague also repeats his initiation a 2nd time! To make sure his demands are clear, Ziffy refused hence why his tires where fired upon.

He also states the reason he reported was because he was "pissed off". He never gave any attempted to resolve the situation, it was clear straight away that he just wanted to report. Making me slightly irritated as he joined the lobby and began patronising us.

When I tried to resolve it you just started swearing at me and saying how you did nothing wrong. I was dissatisfied as this is clearly poor RP and I said I was "Pissed off" was because there was absolutely no need for that poor RP.

 
I will not being replying on this topic unless asked to by the staff team.

 
What I will also like to add is that your lack of cooperation on teamspeak, and the fact that you hurried to post the report without even having the evidence ready tells me that you are here just to get us banned, not to solve this situation. 

I also consider that me personally gave you about 4sec  to 5 seconds, as you can see in this video. ( the audio isnt synced with the gunshot, but you can see the recoil on my scope).
