We find a tempest that we want to rob, we see the dude up by the wall and confirmed it was him because of his exact clothing. So we waited for him to make a move but we didn't know there were other guys in the area. We hear "hands up, hands up" not giving us enought time to either shoot or put our hands up. Then he moves on to shoot me not knowing that I'd surrender because he had an eagle's view up on top of the structure.
