Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was in mission row police cells where i was trying to send Igor Davidovich to prision and he said he was telling me that i made the crimes up saying Russian eyes are better then British eyes and he then we continued the talk about his sentance when i was going to work on the reports evedence to put in the PNC he then left hence why there is 2 clips

I am happy that the player involved did indeed combat log, but as far as racism goes I can't hear any of that at all.
