Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was sitting at 229 turf waiting for someone (im not apart of 229 just to put this out there) then all of a sudden i hear tires screeching i thought it was who i was waiting for and i get shot in the head. I didnt hear the gun shots at first until they got closer to me and shot me. I dont have a 2-5 minute clip because it happened so fast. I dont know who shot me but im assuming its some members of cutlass.
