Please (in detail) describe the incident: as im leaving auto exotic my eyes/screen was bugging out because of the alfa romero being a glitchy car i accidentally hit into the azteka gang i hit one of there cars stopped and got out trying to communicate and i was even going to pay for the damages when out of nowhere the whole gang turned up explain it was not my fault etc aimed guns at me head just because i accidentally hit their car one of them then decided to shoot me in the head and the whole gang was shook and they asked the guy who had shot me in the head, saying 'yo wtf, why did you shoot him??? to at this point the azteka gang member who shot me then replied saying 'because he pissed me off' even tho i did nothing wrong other then accidentally hitting someone elses car due to a server issue i was complying and being the nicest i can even after the little crash, so there is no excuse that i 'pissed off' him off and in my proffessional opinion from all the years of RP it just sounds to me like an excuse to RDM someone for no reason as above/below i will provide full video of this however at the time being i couldnt get their session heads but i might know their characters name etc

Before I get too much into this I have a question for you.

What did you mean when you said to your friend externally
"Can you help me, there's a blue gang here"

We have a rule here;​

G3.1 OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.

i was on a call with my friend because we was just talking about irl things however everything in game was spoken about in game as my friend has a clip when i got shot and after the incident, regardless there was no major metagaming rule break as we did not use OOC info via discord but i cried for my friends help due to my anger because i found it ridiculous someone can just shoot someone for lightly hitting there car due to a car issue or something and him getting 'pissed off' because of that just annoyed me so much my friend did not come to my aid as he could not since that will be metagaming and me and my friend know well enough not too but as i stated above my friend has proof before and after i got shot that we interacted in game on messages and on an in game call, just as a reminder i was on a call with my friend about a personal irl thing that we was talking about however this then happened and that is the situation we are in

So I assume Micheal isn't going to respond so I'll get into it.

@kingsloth2004 I just want to start by saying metagaming is something we take really seriously however given the circumstances and the fact it didn't actually change the rp,
I'm going to warn you going forward. External communications like discord can impact ongoing roleplay.
If you are caught on suspicion of this in the future it won't be another warning.
Take care when venting frustration, if your friend had shown up and changed the roleplay I'd have banned you and your friend for metagaming.
This is what radios and phones are for on the server.


Now, in the video you've clearly been acknowledged as having issues with your eyes and ears so getting shot without the opportunity to roleplay properly wasn't fair.

@MichaelMason You have been warned so many times in the past month about poor RP. This is the last straw.
Following the FBS you shall receive a 1 day ban for RDM and if you come back from this ban to continue this streak of poor rp it won't be taken lightly.​
