Please (in detail) describe the incident: so i was flying a plane and ended up crashing into a mountain, i learned i dont really know how to fly... he ran up to me went imma put you in a car and ran me into the ocean and dropped me and said something like "you wont remember me anyways" but there was no prior interaction than him just randomly tossing me in the ocean. was gonna resolve it between us but didnt have his ID at the time so opened a ticket
