Please (in detail) describe the incident: This guy rammed cars outside the car knocking someone down we go round the corner and shoot him he then doesn't act dead after multiple bullets in his head. However, the main reason for the report is the N word he says before I dump him off the pier. After this he also continued to come back to the club which I have evidence for If needed.
