Please (in detail) describe the incident: ID 8 came up to me and stabbed me outside the court house without any prior RP, few minutes later ID 337, who was with ID 8 when he RDM'ed me, has come back to the court house while I was trying to pay the mechanic that arrived there to help me flip my vehicle and proceeded to do the same thing as ID 8, RDM me without and RP. I did not try and resolve it with them as I don't believe they are here to roleplay and just want to cause mayhem.

Sorry for a late reply, all I can say we did prior role-play and roamed the city hall location for a huge amount of time, (reasoning, planning, targeting , execution were done in prior role-play what id 337 (the joker) can assure what took us at least 45 to 30 minutes before even starting interacting with you), we did some initiations but there were not as the joker deemed, as we've seen your car did a crash we saw a advantage and I rushed to your car and stabbed you. Although upon reflecting from your pov it does look poor and I can only apologise and try to make it more enjoyable for the other party going forward. If u have any further questions please let me know.

You still did run up to me and stab me without even saying anything, could've initiated it in someway shape or form, I will not speak in TS or discord as I was RDM'ed less than 10 minutes later by one of you. If you already stabbed me once, why come back and do it again? I will let staff decide on this one.

@JuanNUmbahJUanI will make this very VERY clear. The only reason why im only going to give you a warning is you realized that this wasnt the best.
But with your history you must be careful going forward. There will not be another chance after this. 

337 aka Jay Rafen will also receive a warning for RDM.

In this situation in particular there could have been more to it. RP is everything here and some kind of interaction regardless of history must always take priority.
