Please (in detail) describe the incident: I have reported this person in a previous report for breaking NLR and baiting shop robbery, they have been hitting the till multiple times and everytime they managed to drive away, so I've been driving around the shop, until i saw them and tried to stop them, i asked them to stop multiple times but they kept running away, so i stabbed them and as i was about to put them in my car, they left the server, i waited for abit, they came back, and i took to dump them, as i wanted to make sure they fully drowned and wont return, i stayed around for awhile, I'm not sure if they respawned or left for the 2nd time.
