Please (in detail) describe the incident: Video speaks for itself honestly. ID 770 came to Auto Exotic intending on running everyone over, his car broke down and he was chased to this location and rightly so, was beaten senseless where he comes out with the following shown in the video

Report overall is pretty straight forward, Whilst you don't see the combat log per say I have had a look and can confirm they did indeed combat log on top of breaking character as shown in the video you have provided. Given this is the case the player in question will be receiving a permanent ban from the server.
