What best describes this incident ?: G2.4 G1.7
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Police had recently arrested a grove member and where on route back to station. On the way back a Grove car got involved with the convoy and started to ram a police car which had the arrested Grove member inside. Because of this police issued tactical contact on the car in question to stop in interfering with the convoy. When the car was stopped both Grove members jumped out and fail to comply with orders given by armed police officers when at a clear disadvantage showing no regard for their value of life. ID 73 then when on to say how he needed to "repair his car" when still have multiple armed officers telling him to put his hands up. Then he gets in the car and attempts to get away but is unsuccessful. I attempt to tase him to get him out of the car which is unsuccessful. After this armed officers proceed to give him commands telling him to get out of the car with him just saying "this is very illegal, yo yo yo, how do you find out how to get out of the car" and then finally says and repeats multiple times "one more time shouting, please shout one more time and I will get out, why didn't you shout one more time". After this he was pulled out of the car and arrested.
Throughout the whole situation, they didn't seem to give any care to the value of there own lives even though there was a large number of armed officers giving them clear commands while holding firearms.
Furthermore, Felix's behaviour, not seen but heard throughout this situation isn't what I would expect to see from a community leader as outlined in rule G1.7.
@Shepherd Kingston has very recently spoken to Warwick the head of Grove street about the general behaviour of their members and more specifically valuing their life towards armed officers.
